What is the minimum order?
25 hats, and orders go up in multiples of 25: 25, 50, 75, 100 and so on. Larger runs lower the price per hat.
How much do custom hats cost?
A cotton hat with flat embroidery is about $20.50 each at 25 hats and about $16.50 each at 50 or more. Polyester, patches and extra embroidery add to that. The estimator above shows a range for your exact order.
I don't have a logo. Can you design one?
Yes. If you already have a finished design or mockup, there's no charge. Turning your logo into a finished hat design starts at $50, and designing a hat from an idea starts at $100. I'll tell you the exact fee before any work starts.
How long does an order take?
Production takes 6 to 8 weeks once your design is locked in. Your mockup and any design work come first, so leave a little extra time for that. If you need hats by a certain date, tell me in the quote form.
How does payment work?
I take a 50% deposit when you approve your design. That locks in your order and starts production. I'll lay out the remaining balance on your quote.
Can I see a sample before you make everything?
Yes. You always get a digital mockup to approve. A physical pre-production sample is available on request, and I quote its cost and timing for your order.
Do you charge sales tax?
South Carolina orders include sales tax unless you send me a resale or exemption certificate. Tax is added to your detailed quote, not the estimate.
What logo file should I send?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A clear PNG also works and I can clean it up. If I need to redraw your artwork, I'll tell you the design cost in your quote.
