Yes. Laser-perforated panels are an option in the estimator, and I can talk you through lighter fabrics on your quote.
Yes. If you already have a finished design or mockup, there's no charge. Turning your logo into a finished hat design starts at $50, and designing a hat from an idea starts at $100. I'll tell you the exact fee before any work starts.
A cotton hat with flat embroidery is about $20.50 each at 25 hats and about $16.50 each at 50 or more. Polyester, patches and extra embroidery add to that. The estimator on this page shows a range for your order.
Yes. If you're buying for resale, send me your resale certificate and I won't charge South Carolina sales tax on the order.
Production takes 6 to 8 weeks once your design is approved, so plan back from your date. Put it in the quote form, and I'll tell you whether it's realistic before you commit to anything.
I take a 50% deposit when you approve your design. That locks in your order and starts production. I'll lay out the remaining balance on your quote.
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. A clear PNG also works and I can clean it up.
